The Farm Mooikloof Farm number 16196 and Portion 2 of the Farm Success Farm number 113, Registration Division FT in the Umngeni Municipality in the Province of KwaZulu-Natal in extent of 160,749ha and 1,6187ha respectively with a total extent of 161,6936ha held under Title Deed Number: T23450/2011

A freehold agricultural holding utilised as a timber, avocado and kiwi fruit farming operation.  

Situation and locality

The property is located in the Karkloof area, a region in the province of KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), South Africa, known for its natural beauty and biodiversity. Karkloof is situated in the KZN Midlands, approximately 20 kilometres from Howick and about 100 kilometres from Durban. Directions

To access the subject farm, from Howick take Karkloof (R103) road and continue for approximately 32.5 kilometres and then take the road passed Benvie Gardens and continue for approximately 2 kilometres and the farm will be located on the left-hand side of the road. 

Improvements 

The improvements on the property comprise of a 200 square meter shed constructed of a steel frame portal structure cladded in a combination of block and IBR sheeting under an IBR roof. The shed comprises an open plan area, storerooms and office. The farm is set in a in a picturesque setting with a trout dam set against the backdrop of a natural forest.
