AUCTION OVERVIEW
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the acquisition of three strategically positioned CCA and creosote treatment plants located in key regions of KwaZulu-Natal. These assets are being offered for sale as part of the provisional liquidation of Treated Timber Products (Pty) Ltd.
Here’s your chance to capitalize on their valuable locations and infrastructure:
CRAMOND - Portion 27 of the farm Broughton Farm no.925, Registration Division FT:
This plant is strategically located with easy access to local markets and ports. The site features both CCA and creosote plants with the associated equipment including boilers, weighbridges, offices, workshops and a hardened yard area.
ASHTON - Portion 1 of the farm Belmont Farm no. 13775 Registration Division FT:
This site is located just outside of the Dalton and comprises of a large drying facility with boilers sheds, weighbridge and overhead cranes. The site also has 4 ha of standing timber.
WARTBURG - Portion 31 of the farm Kleine Waterval Farm no. 955 Registration Division FT:
This site is located on a lease farm the site has a creosote treatment plant as well as a drying facility. The lease runs until 31 March 2028 with an option to renew. A timber supply agreement can also be secured.
Monthly rental is R 124,200.00 valid until 31 March 2028
